1. How do I become a member?

To become a member of IFMA Nigeria Chapter will cost you the sum of 50,000 Naira only. N35,000 is for registration and N15,000 is for your annual dues. Which means subsequently you will be paying N15,000 every year to renew your membership. A form will be sent to you via email, you fill the form and send back to us through the email channel with your evidence of payment, your CV and your educational credentials, then we process your membership.

2. How long will it be to get my certificate? 

Your certificate will be ready within two weeks of your payment and submission of your information.

4. What are the criteria to become a member?

IFMA membership is open to anyone interested in the application, practice, teaching and researching of facility management.

5. Will my membership cover international membership too?

No, international membership is different to the Nigeria Chapter membership.

You will pay for IFMA international membership separately and pay for Nigeria Chapter membership separately.

6. Do I become certified when I become a member? 

No, being a member does not make you a certified member, its only make you a registered member of IFMA Nigeria Chapter.

You will have to registered for some professional courses before you can become a certified facility manager. 

7. Are there tests to take to become a member?

No. However, this may change anytime.
